Because each piece is handmade in small studio batches, all orders are considered final sale.
For full-price, standard earring styles, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange within 14 days of delivery. We understand wedding timelines can vary. If your fitting falls outside the 14-day window, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible.
If you’re unsure about a style or awaiting a fitting, we encourage you to reach out — we’re always happy to help guide you prior to placing your order.
To begin an exchange, please contact us for authorization before sending any item back to the A.B. ELLIE studio. Customers are responsible for associated shipping fees.

Freshwater Pearl Variations
Freshwater pearls naturally vary in shape and surface character. These variations are part of their organic beauty and do not qualify for exchange, as each piece meets our quality standards.
Price Adjustments
If you purchase a full-price style within 7 days prior to a promotion, we are happy to issue an online store credit for the difference. Credits are valid for 5 days from the date issued.
Price adjustments do not apply to sale, rush, custom styles, or orders placed with an additional promotional code.

RUSH ORDERS + SHIPPING FAQ
Yes — we ship worldwide from our Minnesota studio and regularly send orders to Europe, the UK, Australia, and Asia.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Once dispatched, most international deliveries arrive within:
• Canada: 2–4 business days
• Europe & UK: 4–5 business days
• Australia & Asia: 5–7 business days
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery, it is not eligible for a refund.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can help confirm timing.
Rush orders may be available for select styles. If a rush option is offered, it can be added directly on the product page at checkout. Rush orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Availability and timelines vary by product; please review the rush option details or contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
All USA ready-to-ship orders will ship via UPS. All international ready-to-ship orders will be dispatched via USPS.

Typical shipping time for USPS ranges and depends on the shipping address. If made-to-order styles and ready-to-ship styles are on the same order then all items will ship within the standard shipping time.
If your order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
You can receive a full refund if cancellation is initiated within 3-days of order placement. Any cancellations after the 3-days will receive a 50% refund of the total purchase. To cancel an order placed, please contact us.
Most jewelry styles ship within approximately 2 weeks, while veils and capes typically ship in 8–10 weeks. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our accessories, each piece requires time to create and passes through multiple stages of design, craftsmanship, and finishing before shipping. All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, and international orders ship via UPS International. Signature confirmation is not automatically included; please contact us if you would like to add it to your order.
A.B. ELLIE does not operate standalone retail stores. Select styles may be available through a small number of independent stockists. For current retail availability, please visit our Stockists page or contact us for assistance.
PRODUCT FAQ
Most of gold and silver styles are 14k gold or sterling silver electroplated. This process gives a sheen finish that can vary slightly each time.
Earthy elements, such as freshwater pearls, baroque pearls and glass, are used in many of our styles. These are organically shaped and each piece will have variations. As always, the integrity of the design is kept.
Freshwater pearl styles: variations to be expected within the freshwater pearls. This is the nature of organic elements. An order cannot be exchanged or returned due to pearl variance or not liking pearl shapes. Please note— style quality is always met and pearl variation will not alter the integrity of the piece.
